| Dr. Russin resides in Miami Beach, Florida and Charleston, South Carolina. He is retired from the active practice of surgery. He received a BS degree in Chemistry from Tulane University in 1958, his Doctorate in Medicine from Tulane in 1962. After postgraduate training in surgery he entered the United States Air Force in 1968 with the rank of Major as Chief of the Department of Surgery. He practiced clinical surgery and in 1990 gained an MBA from the University of Miami. Most recently he was President and CEO of Allied Health Group. He is an avid photographer and recognized with many awards for his work. He is one of the founders of The Charleston Center for Photography. |
